Theres a big difference in styling when it comes to wearing neon to a concert or casually. At a concert, wearing neon on top of neon and looking like rainbow bright is a look that is strived for. However, worn casually, neon needs to be paired with something that will compliment it and at the same time tone it down aka TRIBAL PRINT. Now you can finally have a use for all those neon bandeas and skirts you thought you could only wear to a show once.
